Does anybody have any ideas about how to grow your nails longer the fastest?

I am having a bit of trouble trying to grow my nails, so if anyone has the best product to use or something natural to put on my nails or to help my nails that would be great. Thankyou so much!!!Does anybody have any ideas about how to grow your nails longer the fastest?
you do not have to use anything.....remember nails grow the fastest after hair in our bodies.....just oil them with olive or almond oil and your have a fast and healthy growth of your nails!Does anybody have any ideas about how to grow your nails longer the fastest?
Hello, A hair dresser who had just attended a national hair dressers convention, told me the only thing that is proven to strenthen hair and nails is 'Knox For Nails'. This is not the food type of Knox. You can buy it at Walgreens or many pharmacys. Hope this helps! My nails are much stronger!

Well, do you bite them?


If you do - then just stop.


OR get fake nails on and leave them for about a month, then when they come off you wont want to to bite them.


If you don't bite them, don't cut them!
I have heard that certain amounts of Biotin will help nails and hair grow faster, but a good multi vitamin or prenatal will help also, and make them strong too.
