im kinda stuck with washing dishes by hands and i dont have gloves.i heard that if u put ur hands in a bowl of milk it would grow faster.is that true?What are tips for growing nails longer and stronger?

You can get it in the pharmacy.


It looks like a bottle of clear nail polish.


Or get nail hardener that's usually stocked with the nail polish.


Either will make your nails stronger.

Idk about the bowl of milk thing, but if you rub olive oil on your nails that would work :)
i've never heard that one but wear clear nailpolish every day. it works for me
