there is this sally henson stuff called fast and strong it works really well its an oil or you can rub Olive oil on your nails and cuticles eat a balanced diet lots of veggies fruit protein and some fat as this is the best way to grow long strong nailsHow do you grow longer nails?
You need to go to a store and get a nail growth polish, And re-do them everyday. Also If your nails start to grow, and one happens to brake off, you need to clip all of them down to the length of the one that broke, and your nails will grow evenly and at the same paste.
