Guys fake long nails, help!!?

Hey everyone, I need some help on what to do.





I lost a bet and have to go get all my nails done in red for a few days. Im supposed to make them longer too. I really have no idea of what to ask for and slightly embarassed walking into a place. also, is it easy to remove nail polish?? how easy is it to get fake nails off and what is the best type?Guys fake long nails, help!!?
omfg...that must suck so bad....just have a girl get fake nails at a drugstore and glue them on and then have her get red nail polish to paint..it will come off eventually...i am a girl who has had fake nails on! if u go somewher, just say yoiu lost a bet to that person..they should beleive you!Guys fake long nails, help!!?
Taking nail polish off is easy with nail polish remover which is usually just acetone. I've never used fake nails, but I hear that the glue used is like superglue and it also is soluble in acetone so I think a quick soak in a small cup of acetone for each finger should loosen the fake nails quite a bit. Don't use a plastic cup or it might dissolve and spill the acetone all over. BTW, acetone is SUPER flammable, so don't smoke while doing this.


I would get a nail file too so you can smooth out any rough spots on your nails and make them look normal again.


Try to keep your hands in your pockets if possible. It's hard to hide your hands, I guess you're just going to have to grin and bear it.
don't stress it is easy to take nail polish off and fake nails you can just pop them off...not hard at all I'm wearing some now! but when you pop the nails off you need to have your hands and nails under some warm water and pop them off the warm water softens it somehow...fill the sink with warm water lol but it might hurt a little but not horribly bad...it actually doesn't really hurt at all...but just go to walmart or something and get some brand of nails it doesn't really matter they're all good! and don't be embarrassed just keep your hands out of view if possible lol and I'm sorry! :) hope i helped

OK what I would do is go to the store and buy some of those cheap ones that will come off pretty easily and do them yourself.


Seriously the fact that you will be a guy with long red nails will supersede the aspect of them looking like crap (for doing them yourself).


If you go to the salon and they do them they will be on for more like a few weeks.
Fake nails are horrible,


my friend wore them to a party once and she couldn't even answer her phone.


They can also ruin your nails and make them sticky because of the glue.


I say get a french manicure.


They make your nails look longer and cleaner. =]

lol that sucks but its easy to get off nail polish but sometimes its hard to get fake nails off. you could put a little bit of glue and then they will come off quickly and then all you have to say is ';I did the bet and they fell off on their own!';
go to wal mart or kmart or whatever mart and get the nails that come with tabs- it's like a double sided sticker- your nails will pop off super easy with those on- plus they're super cheap unlike acrylic nail which will cast 30-50 bucks for the first time.
lol sucks to be you. Stick with red nail polish on your own nails and just let them grow a little. Fake nails are hard to take off.
