How to grow long nails....?

Ok i am a 13 year old girl. Allll of my friends have these really long nails and they dont even do anything to make them that way. My nails start to either flake or r just to thin. Sometime i even bite them off and i dont know why. i want nice and long nails. not like 2 inch nails but like idk how to describe the length i want. Do you know of any ways i can make them long? Are there any nail growth things that ACTUALY work in a few days? What is you favorite brand for french tips you can buy at stores like walgreens or shopko. please help i hate having these really short nails. and if you know ways to help me NOT bite my nails off that would be good to. my friend is doing this nail growth program by Sally Hansen. it is a really good nail brand and she says that it actually works.


There are other nail growth products by Sally Hansen that are made to grow and strengthen nails, which u can find in Kmart, etc. Its not too expensive, approximately $20 per bottle, and yeah, it should grow and strengthen your nails.

buy some nail hardener stuff from wal-mart, or eckards etc. put some on your nails prolly about every other day, and try to get out of the habbit of biting them, and you should be good :]


ive used nail hardner b4, it does work, n i got the cheap stuff lol
Try taking biotin pills (look for Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamins at the store.) Biotin helps hair, skin, and nails grow longer and thicker.
